in the last weekAbsolutely loved the food , service and the pure Sri Lankan Vibe ( not artificially created ) The aroma of the chicken fried rice is next level and the devilled chicken is a must try. ( not overloaded with sauce like few others we tried in Brisbane ) Staff were very friendly and always accommodating. We were told about the little wait due to Saturday night but wasn’t bad at all. Girls always gave a kind big smile and kept checking on us throughout. Very well priced and generous serving sizes too. We took the left over home and tomorrow lunch sorted too. Recommend for anyone loooking for real Sri Lanka favourite flavours. Thank you Cinnamon Edge and staff for the fabulous dinner and the night. Keep up the good work and we will be back next weekend with a larger crowd ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

in the last weekWorst customer service ever. The girl at the cashier was extremely rude. According to the receipt, her name is Devindi. We wanted to get a table, and there were two empty tables outside, but she said we couldn’t sit there. I ordered two fried rice, chicken kottu, and nasi goreng. I had to wait almost an hour for the order. While waiting, I noticed she was serving food to people who ordered well after me. I stood near the counter to get an update, but no one even looked at me. Do customers have to beg for good customer service? I’ve ordered from this restaurant a few times before, and every time the customer service has been terrible. At the end, she literally threw the food at me. Very disappointing.

in the last weekI had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The staff were extremely unfriendly and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. We had to wait a long time just to get someone’s attention, and when we finally did, they were rude and impatient. Our order was delayed, and no one bothered to update us or even apologize for the inconvenience. It felt like the staff didn’t care about the customers at all. Good service is just as important as good food, and unfortunately this place failed badly in that area. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone expecting basic respect or decent service. Very disappointing experience.
