in the last weekDid not get the hype of the food. Dry, very light flavour but full of soysauce. Not recommended.

a week agoI visited this restaurant with my family on Friday night, and at first, I was genuinely happy and proud to see such a nice Sri Lankan restaurant in Sydney. The atmosphere felt great, and I was hoping this would be one of the few successful Sri Lankan restaurants here. Unfortunately, that excitement didn’t last long. We waited over 10 minutes before anyone even came to take our order, and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We ordered 15 hoppers and a few other items, but after waiting more than an hour, I had to ask what was going on. The staff mentioned there was a problem with the hopper batter, but no one apologised. The only person who showed any care was Sachitha, who kindly offered us some fish rolls while we waited thank you for that. Hoopers were cold and uncooked. However, the waitress was extremely arrogant, and another staff member, a young man wearing glasses with an Ausgrid or Transgrid name tag, acted very bossy and unprofessional. If you are the owner’s son or part of the management, please remember that in Australia, customers care about service not status. To the owner: you have a great location and strong potential. As a fellow Sri Lankan, I truly wish your business success. But many Sri Lankan businesses in Australia fail to grow because of poor customer service and attitude. Please train your staff properly on what good customer service really means. Take this review as constructive feedback you might find it helpful one day.

a week agoVery disappointed with Ceylonia Parramatta. The food was late and completely overpriced for what you get. On top of that, the staff, especially one girl was very rude and arrogant. Terrible experience overall. Definitely not coming back again..
