The tracking system updates with a new estimated date weekly, making it impossible to plan or rely on their commitments. I cannot recommend this service.

a week agoAvoid: Broken guarantees and zero accountability. Transco guaranteed my shipment for Christmas, then failed to deliver. Staff admitted they knowingly overbooked capacity and couldn't handle the volume. Despite ruining my family's holiday and ignoring formal emails, management remains silent. They prioritize profit over service and refuse to communicate when they fail. Extremely poor management—stay away.

Thousands of dollars’ worth of my goods have gone missing, including valuable personal items. This is completely unacceptable and has caused significant stress and financial loss. I will not use Transco any more 👎

2 weeks agoOur recent experience has been extremely disappointing.we sent 6 boxes. The one we packed all dry food and gifts -all new items / the box was packed with approximately 22 kg of personal items. However, upon receipt, only 6 kg remained, and it was evident that the box had been repackaged by local delivery as the tape was used by them , thats the only box was retaped in a different coloured tape definitely not by the custom.Several valuable items were missing, including a coffee machine along with other essential items that took considerable time and effort to source for our family.Very frustrating. We almost lost around 2000 AUD worth items during the delivery. This situation has caused us significant inconvenience and distress.
