7 months agoExtremely unprofessional service. Boxes consigned on 13 Nov 2025 under BL 38710 with a maximum promised clearance by the first week of January 2026. As of 16/01/2026, the cargo is still not unloaded. The Sri Lankan clearance agent is unresponsive, and the Melbourne office avoids calls instead of giving clear answers. No accountability, no transparency. I strongly do not recommend Nexus Cargo.

8 months agoReally disappointed about trusting this company based on the reviews. Communication is zero. Nobody is answering the calls. We have been waiting to receive our shipment since early december. Half month gone and nothing received or no update unless we contact them a few times. We will have to leave the country before we get these boxes cleared. Very bad service overall and will never use it again in the future.
