Worst customer service ever. Poor Documentation. Do not use them

Really disappointed about trusting this company based on the reviews. Communication is zero. Nobody is answering the calls. We have been waiting to receive our shipment since early december. Half month gone and nothing received or no update unless we contact them a few times. We will have to leave the country before we get these boxes cleared. Very bad service overall and will never use it again in the future.

When I tried to contact customer support, to get the cargo collection cut off date and the ETA for cargo, responses were slow and unhelpful, and no one took responsibility for the issue. The level of professionalism is far below industry standards, and this entire experience has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this company's services. Reliability and proper customer service should be basic expectations, but unfortunately, this company failed on both.

Very efficient and conscientious and super organised staff both Sarah an absolute angel and Mr Dharmasiri always keep their word and work soo hard to help and meet the needs of their very big clientele . We are lucky to have shipping agents we can depend on. Even clearing in Sri Lanka is organised and easy. The best shipping agents specially for Sri Lanka 🧚🏼‍♀️🎉🎉🏼🏼🏼

The “Legendary” Nexus Cargo Experience – A Masterclass in Delays, Excuses, and Lost Goods If there were an award for creative storytelling in logistics, Nexus Cargo would win hands down. My shipment to Sri Lanka was handed over to them, and I was told it would be sent on 2nd August and arrive by 18th September. How sweetly optimistic that was! Instead, I was treated to a daily soap opera of “updated” shipping dates, not once, not twice, but over five, six times! Every time I checked their website, it was like watching them invent a new excuse. Bravo for consistency; consistently unreliable, that is. And finally, after more than 75 days (over 11 weeks, nearly 3 months), the great Nexus Cargo delivered… drumroll please… Opened boxes and missing goods! What a grand finale to an unforgettable experience. So, if you’re planning to send something through Nexus Cargo, I’d strongly suggest thinking twice, or maybe thrice, unless you enjoy waiting for months, chasing false updates, and receiving a surprise “discounted” version of your own cargo. Well done, Nexus! You’ve truly redefined what “customer service” and “on-time delivery” mean.
