I dropped off a box at the Hallam warehouse with an expected delivery date of 15 December. I’ve now been advised that it won’t be available for collection until 5 January, which is very disappointing. In addition, when I went to Hallam to drop off the box, the process took almost two hours just to accept a single box. There were two staff members present, yet no progress was made during that time. I’m quite dissatisfied with both the delay and the service provided.

I have always had an excellent service from Trico international. I have been sending boxes from trico over 7 years. Staff is very good. Specially Dilhara always with a friendly smile and very proffecianal. She always go out of her way to help us everytime. Thank you Dilhara. Clearance process in sri lankan was very smooth.
