in the last weekI had chicken curry today, but it was not good. The curry itself was prepared well and the other ingredients were fine, but the main issue was the chicken. It seemed that very cheap drumsticks had been used. My concern is that some of the cheaper chicken sold in shopping malls may not always be stored or transported at the proper temperature. If the cooling chain is not maintained correctly, the quality of the meat can be affected, which may impact the taste and quality of the curry.
