Ceylon Delicious

Really disappointed with my first order from here on Uber Eats. The chicken fried rice, lamprais and kottu all arrived cold and the quality and portion sizes were honestly pretty poor. The lamprais had literally a tiny piece of fish in it and the fried rice had only a few tiny pieces of chicken. It also didn’t taste like the food was freshly cooked, it seemed like it had been sitting in the display cabinet for a while. I called the restaurant to give some honest feedback but instead of listening and taking it on board, the owner got on the phone and started arguing with me. Unfortunately not a good first experience at all. Very disappointing.

I ordered two fish buns and a fish rice & curry today. To be honest, the fish rice & curry was fresh, tasty, and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the fish buns were a huge disappointment. They tasted old definitely not freshly made. It felt like they were at least 3–5 days old, reheated, and then sold. Serving stale food to customers is not acceptable. Saving a few dollars by selling old food isn’t worth risking your reputation or your customers’ trust. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the freshness of the food you serve

A clean and well organised grocery store with a great variety of products. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality Sri Lankan groceries.
