in the last weekI have been coming to South Ceylon Restaurant for almost two and a half years, and the food has always been very good. That is why this experience was so disappointing. Today the customer service was very bad. The girl at the front was very arrogant and did not know how to talk to customers. I understand it might have been busy, but the way she spoke felt very rude. There was no smile at all, and it made me feel uncomfortable. The previous staff members like Nipunika and Hiru were much better and always polite and friendly. I still like the food, but customer service really matters. I hope the management will look into this, because today’s experience was very disappointing.

a month agoDon't give spoiled food to people - i ordered a take out egg fried rice with deviled chicken from the buffet around 2.00pm today came home straight and opened to eat only to notice the terrible spoiled smell - extremely dissapointed So my friends of mine said the food is terrible but still had to go as non of the other placed werr open today. Lesson learnt. Will never return and will make sure the word is spread
