Minor critiques: (a) If you don’t have it, don’t keep it on the menu; (b) If you don’t want to prepare the food because it takes too long, take it off the menu; (c) do not prompt the patrons to leave because your shift is over. The cumulative effect was that we felt like we were imposing.
