in the last weekIf you haven’t tried Sri Lankan food before, this is a fantastic place to start. And if you already love Sri Lankan food, you’ll definitely want to come back. 10/10 highly recommend! ❤️

a month agoFor the first time in over 10 years of being a patron here I have left citrus feeling pretty disappointed. Their Saturday price for an all you can eat plate has increased from $25 to $32 - this feels very steep considering it’s self serve. As someone eating only the vegan options, and the ingredients being extremely cheap (rice, lentils, green beans, zucchini), at the price mark of $32 I would expect at least another protein option for the vege section - maybe some tofu or soy curls (which I have eaten there before). Today the only option was lentils. They did have ‘dessert’ included in their Saturday all you can eat menu; but the only vegan option was a fruit salad. I can understand the rising cost of everything causing a price increase (the cost on other days has risen to $27), but it pains me to say that at the $32 mark I definitely won’t be returning on a Saturday. Many other venues have a weekend surcharge to help absorb the increased wages cost which might be a better idea. Trying to be constructive since I have loved this place for many years, the food is delish, but for $32?
