2 months agoI usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience. After having food from here recently (2 rolls and a pudding), I became extremely unwell later that day with severe diarrhea, fever, and ongoing gastritis which affected me quite badly. I had to take time off work because I was constantly sick and simply couldn’t function properly. Even several days later, I’m still dealing with stomach issues and discomfort. I understand I can’t say with 100% certainty what caused it, but I know of other people who have had similar experiences after eating here as well. I genuinely hope the restaurant takes food handling and hygiene seriously and checks everything properly, because this has caused me a lot of trouble physically and financially.

4 months agoThis has to be one of the worst value-for-money meals I’ve had. Paid full price and got a portion that looks like a sample, not a proper meal. Are you guys running a restaurant or a diet program? Taste wasn’t anything special either, so there’s literally no reason to justify the price. Customers expect decent portions when they pay, not this kind of disappointment. Seriously need to fix your portion sizes. Won’t be go back 🤮

6 months agoI recently tried the banana leaf rice here, and it was honestly the best and best value banana leaf meal I’ve had in all of Melbourne. It was only 19$ and generously portioned, easily enough for two people and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite... The taste was amazing, with seven different curries and vegetables including chicken, fried dry fish, brinjal with dry sprats, coconut sambol, baby jack fruit (polos) and ambaralla. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly balanced.. I will definitely be coming back often. Highly recommended!
