Please improve the attitude and customer service of your front staff. They were not friendly and came across as rude. We are regular customers, and on 12 June we visited your store to place an order. Your front staff showed a very poor attitude and did not seem to care about serving us. What was especially disappointing was that it was not even a busy time, yet we still felt ignored and unwelcome. We value your business and hope you will address this issue to ensure a better experience for your customers in the future.

“I’m lodging a complaint with the local council for further investigation.” We ordered hoppers from your restaurant recently, and unfortunately they were the worst hoppers we have ever had. The quality was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of our money. What concerned us even more was the hygiene standards during food preparation. The person making the hoppers appeared to have very poor hygiene practices, which was unacceptable and made us question the overall cleanliness of the kitchen. Customers pay for good food and safe food handling. If you are unable to maintain basic quality and hygiene standards, I strongly suggest reviewing your food preparation processes, providing proper staff training, or hiring more experienced staff. We work hard for our money and expect a reasonable standard when purchasing food. Based on this experience, we feel let down and would not recommend this restaurant. Due to the serious hygiene concerns about hopper making guy, I am also considering lodging a complaint with the local council for further investigation.

A friend brought me here for lunch and it was amazing! Good variety at the buffet and great value. Will be surely be back to try their other dishes.
