2 weeks agoFood is good but horrible service. Made an order at 6pm and asked if we could pick it up at 7. We were asked to come at 8 which was ok. Went there at 8 good wasn’t ready. Told it wil take a couple of mins - maybe they started preparing the Oder then! Was standing there for over 15 mins and gave up. Parking is another issue so was trying to change slots in the middle of everything! Told them to cancel the order and don’t want the food at 8.40. Finally food was only handed over at 8.45. During the hand over not even a sorry for the delay. We’ve been coming here since the change of the management. This is the last time will be coming and it’s pity coz their food is actually good. Again not even a single apology!

a month agoVery pathetic service by the two ladies at the counter. The way they replied with their “annoyed” and “impolite” tone as if we are going to eat for free really made me want to put a review!
