2 weeks agoA proper family restaurant that is now becoming a rarity in the Sydney dining scene. As others have mentioned, the service isn't the fastest, but delicious home style food is well worth the wait.

a month agoWorst service ever. Didn’t have half of what we ordered, claimed they couldn't cancel with menulog and offered a substitute, then left the food sitting for over half an hour without even bothering to check with menulog why the delivery driver hadn't turned up. They then became rude and unapologetic, and took zero responsibility for the stuff around. At that point, I found it hard to believe anything that came out of their mouths and suspect that they may have not been telling the truth about the driver not turning up. UPDATE: I like Sri Lankan food and decided to give them another try. Once again they didn't have the dishes advertised and once again tried to pass the buck by saying that "maybe I needed to update my app". I told them that my app works fine with every other restaurant and that they need to stop advertising food that they can't be bothered cooking. Long story short is that they only cook certain foods at certain times and can't be bothered to update their conditions on delivery apps, but still expect to get the business. Then, apparently, it is the customer's fault that they can't get what they paid for! They also don't seem to think it is their responsibility to make sure orders get delivered that they have been paid for, hence the response about how they are apparently "not responsible for order deliveries". Doesn't stop them from taking the money, so I guess it IS their responsibility to check why orders haven't been collected. You don't get paid for delivering nothing!
